Rent our 
venue

Our Studio can be rented for a Birthday Party, a Staged Reading, a small theatrical show, a concert, or a book signing. We are also equipped to record a presentation with professional lighting and sound with 75 seats.  

Rental ideas

Birthday Party Ideas: Rental Rate is $500 (includes Cleaning fee!) (Some parties include Pizza, Drink and snacks…ie Karaoke parties). Art Parties fees pay for instructor, canvas etc.)

Each Event is unique and different.

Cost depends on the level of expertise you need to run your event. 

Rates start at $500 for a 3 hour rental. 

Note: We do NOT supply ticketing service. You can configure the stage how you want within reason.  Seating is limited to 75 seats.  

If you want to teach a regular Exercise, Yoga, Zumba class etc. Those can be considered as well.  Going rate is $75/$100 an hr for an instructor/class.  And note: We have many “daytime” options open.  If you want to start a class and start small.  We can partner with you as you build your following.
